So you may be thinking that which application they for entertainment like youtube to watch the video, Instagram, etc.

Here are some popular social media used in china.

1)Youku:-
   
This Software similar to youtube by his name you maybe get to know that it's like you youtube, in this application or software we can watch the videos, we can upload the videos and even we can earn money from this software how we earn money from youtube with some terms and conditions.

2)QQ:-
This software was launched in February 1999 about 20 years ago which belongs to Tencent Company.
This software works like Facebook Messenger in which we can communicate with anyone available on the internet.


3)Baidu:-
As I told you before Google is also banned in china if Chinese people want some information obviously they need search engine Google is banned in China so they developed their own Search Engine called
Baidu which is the same as Google Search engine.

4)Wechat:-

This Software so popular that almost everyone knows about this application and maybe many of you have used this software, it works like WhatsApp where we can send messages, videos, images, etc but it has some extra features like gaming, online shopping, and many more things and it belongs to Tencent company whereas in our normal WhatsApp we won't have these extra features.

5)Weibo:-
 Twitter is also banned in china so in place of twitter they have an application called Weibo, which is the same as twitter where we can Twit 140 characters at a time.

we usually Twit about Social issues on Twitter but in case of this software, people use to Twit about their family matters and personal discussion.
